Sizing – One Size (O/S)

All pieces are labeled O/S (One Size). Each shirt is reconstructed by hand, meaning no two pieces fit exactly the same. Instead of standard sizing, we provide precise measurements and a "fit like" reference.

How to read the fit
Each product listing includes:
– Chest (pit to pit) – main reference for sizing
– Length – from collar to hem
– Shoulders – seam to seam
– Sleeves – shoulder to cuff

We also indicate:
– Fit like → S / M / L / XL
– Fit type → Regular / Cropped / Boxy / Oversized
Fit Types

– Regular → standard length, straight cut
– Cropped → shorter length, modern silhouette
– Boxy → wider body, structured shape
– Oversized → loose and relaxed fit

Due to the reconstruction process, measurements may slightly vary. We recommend comparing measurements with a shirt you already own. No fixed sizing — each piece finds its own shape.
Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Each piece is handmade and one of one. Please allow additional preparation time during high demand periods.
Canada Shipping

Orders within Canada are shipped via standard delivery. Estimated delivery time: 1–7 business days after dispatch. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping. Estimated delivery time: 7–21 business days depending on destination. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delays & Carrier Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or external factors beyond our control.

Please ensure all shipping information is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
